چکیده
Additive manufacturing is the technique of combining materials layer by and process parameter optimization a method used popularly for achieving desired quality part. In this paper, four input parameters (layer height, infill density, pattern, number perimeter walls) along with their settings were chosen to maximize tensile strength given Taguchi DOE was generate an L27 orthogonal array which helped fabricate 27 parts on Ender 3 V2 fused deposition modeling (FDM) printer. The ultimate testing machine test all samples respective values. Next, Microsoft Azure ML database predict values various using data obtained from as input. Linear regression applied dataset web service deployed through API key generated find optimal both output parameters. optimum value 22.69 MPa at height 0.28 mm, density 100%, pattern honeycomb, walls 4. paper ends conclusions drawn future research directions.

Results from an interlaboratory comparison of areal surface texture parameter extraction from X-ray computed tomography of additively manufactured parts
This paper presents the results of the CT-STARR (CT-Surface Texture for Additive Round Robin) interlaboratory comparison. The study compares the results obtained for the extraction of areal surface texture data per ISO 25178-2 from five X-ray computed tomography (XCT) volume measurements from each of four laboratories. To reduce the number of process variables, all participants utilise a Nikon ...

Many applications that exploit the manufacturing flexibility of additive manufacturing (AM) produce surfaces, primarily internal features, which cannot be measured using conventional contact or line-ofsight optical methods. This paper evaluates the capability of a novel technique to extract areal surface data from micro-focus X-ray computed tomography (XCT) from AM components and then generate ...
متن کاملApproaches to Geometric Data Analysis on Big Area Additively Manufactured (baam) Parts
The promise of additive manufacturing is that a user can design and print complex geometries that are very difficult, if not impossible, to machine. The capabilities of 3D printing are restricted by a number of factors, including properties of the build material, time constraints, and geometric design restrictions. In this paper, a thorough accounting and study of the geometric restrictions tha...
